Job Purpose

To manage inventory, support in the production process, fulfill orders, and maintain accurate records of materials and finished products for timely reporting.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Monitor stock levels and liaise with tailoring instructor, jewellery instructor, and coordinator to guide ordering and production processes.
• Receive and file orders from the line manager.
• Verify availability of raw materials before production.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels.
• Support production and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Prepare reports on stock and production status.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in computer literacy, especially MS Office packages.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to uphold organizational values.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Team player, result-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A committed Christian demonstrating spiritual maturity and active engagement in discipleship aligned with Watoto values.
