The Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) has issued an important update regarding the ongoing UPDF General Recruitment Exercise 2026.
According to the official recruitment programme, the next stage is Phase 2: Shortlist and Display. During this phase, the shortlist of successful candidates will be:
- Published on the official UPDF website.
- Displayed at the respective City and District Headquarters across Uganda.
All applicants are encouraged to regularly check the official UPDF website and their respective City or District Headquarters for the shortlist and any additional instructions.
This is an important stage in the recruitment process, and candidates should ensure they verify their names once the shortlist is published.
