Job Summary
As a Sales Administrator at Aquavita, you will be the driving force behind our growth, expanding our market presence and introducing our bottle-less water dispensers to new and existing clients. This is a dynamic, results-driven role requiring a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly innovations. You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term relationships with clients, and leading sales initiatives across industries. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Learn and execute a comprehensive sales strategy under mentorship, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets across industries.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of leads through outreach, referrals, and networking.
Product Demonstrations & Consultations
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, educating prospects about Aquavita’s water dispensers and the environmental and cost-saving benefits.
Full Sales Cycle Management
- Gain experience in managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
Relationship Building & Retention
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Sales Reporting & Metrics
- Track progress against sales goals, monitor key performance indicators, and report on lead conversion and revenue generation.
Industry Expertise & Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies and ensure Aquavita stays ahead.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Recent graduate (2023 or 2024) with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly solutions, preferably with an interest in the water purification industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a desire to build relationships with clients.
- Disciplined, resilient, and innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with the potential to become a key contributor to the team.
- Ability to think big and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
