Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive the sales of ERPNext, SeamlessHR, and Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions. This role involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales, while also developing a strong understanding of all Entapps solutions for cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for ERP, HR, or SFA solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of the solutions.
- Work closely with solution engineers to tailor proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to position Entapps as a market leader.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP, HR, or SFA software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
