Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the sale of construction materials. The ideal candidate should have exceptional relationship management skills and a proven track record in B2B sales. A deep understanding of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of construction materials, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, developers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Leverage an established network to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong network in the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and adaptable with the ability to handle challenges and work under pressure.
