Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee – Client Relations to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in client management, business development, and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to develop essential skills and contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Support and monitor Smart system availability, ensuring seamless use by customers.
- Identify and address client needs proactively, offering effective solutions in line with SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and drive retention and growth.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
Business Development:
- Drive portfolio growth by retaining existing clients and acquiring new accounts.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and relevant documentation.
- Support finance teams in revenue collection to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Attend relevant training sessions to develop knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working collaboratively with team members.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
