Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related role is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is a plus.
