Job Summary
Lafab Solution is seeking 2 Salespeople to drive sales by identifying customer needs, presenting products/services, and closing deals. The role involves playing a key part in achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Process
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase value.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Maintain a customer database using CRM tools.
- Market Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and demands.
- Administrative Tasks
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area/showroom.
- Collaborate with inventory/logistics for product availability.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (industry-specific experience is preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
