Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is critical in helping clients achieve their business goals through tailored advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and aligned with our company’s vision of delivering exceptional IT and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing clients to sell advertising programs.
- Manage assigned client accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential customers, offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various advertising types to enhance their brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on clients’ products and business needs, ensuring effective marketing strategies.
- Provide advertising proofs to clients for approval before campaign execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or advertising industry.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Calendly, and Canva.
- Solid knowledge of customer service, communications, and administrative best practices.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong writing and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to provide clients with cost estimates for advertising services.
- Experience in processing correspondence and managing client paperwork.
- Familiarity with contract drafting, payment collection, and advertisement sizing recommendations.
