Ardova Plc is a Nigerian leading indigenous and integrated energy company involved in the distribution of petroleum products. With an extensive network of over 450 retail outlets in Nigeria and significant storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos and Onne, Rivers State, we procure and distribute petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Our services also involve the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of quality lubricants from our oil blending plant in Apapa, Lagos. These lubricants include Super V, Visco 2000 and Diesel Motor Oil. We are also the sole authorised distributor of Shell branded Helix Engine Oils in Nigeria.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract the best candidates to support our company’s growth.
Job Details
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field with a minimum of a 2.2. Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience
5-6 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition roles
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and hiring policies.
