Follow up on last expense claims and ensure payment is done within 48 hours upon confirmation by the Client.
Monitor claim payments and generate various reports.
Respond to clients’ enquiries effectively and ensure timely resolution of all issues raised.
Follow up with Insurer for preparation of Discharge Vouchers and Payment of due claims.
Verify and ensure that all the accompanying documents for Life claims are attached and forwarded to Insurer for payment within 7 days of receipt.
Process critical illness and disability claims within the stipulated turnaround time.
Ensure all clients are served efficiently and effectively.
Ensure proper reports are prepared for teams based in the Counties as per agreed turnaround time.

Professional and Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
Two (2) year’s relevant experience.
