Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and business development
- Build and maintain strong client and merchant relationships
- Achieve revenue targets and sales performance goals
- Promote company products and services effectively
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Increase market penetration and grow market share
Successful candidates will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Experience in business development and market research
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is an added advantage
