Harvey World Travel Uganda is a leading travel company dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team and be the welcoming face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist clients at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information on tour packages, travel services, and bookings.
• Schedule and confirm hotel reservations, flight bookings, and appointments.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle client records and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer ski
