Job Summary

Bank of India (U) Ltd is hiring a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations,
including general ledger monitoring, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),
and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate reporting, support strategic decision-making,
and play a key role in cost control and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance operations and ensure accurate reporting of all financial records to management.
• Support top management in finance, business strategy, and related functions.
• Help achieve revenue targets by minimizing costs and maximizing profitability through accurate performance reports.
• Prepare annual budgets under the guidance of top management.
• Continuously review the Bank’s strategy and budget against performance and market changes (both local and international).
• Develop timely and accurate financial and management reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory statements and statutory returns as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Must be a member of ICPAU.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management within a bank or financial institution.
• Proven track record in financial management and compliance.
• Experience in a managerial role is an added advantage.
• Highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
