Position: Compliance Officer Monitoring
Department: Compliance Department
Reports To: Senior Compliance Officer
Job Requirements:
- Education: Honors Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of the financial services sector and regulatory framework.
- Professional qualification in Compliance, Financial Crime Risk, or Fraud Examination (added advantage).
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in Compliance, Financial Crime, Auditing, Fraud, and Investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance reporting policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess compliance with internal policies through risk assessments.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and monitoring tools implementation.
- Train staff on compliance laws and policies.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
- Analytical and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and self-monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
