Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and flexible individual to support our warehouse operations. This dual-role involves both warehouse support and cleaning responsibilities to ensure an organized and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive and process incoming stock

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch

  • Store and retrieve items in designated areas

  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack) under supervision

• Cleaning Duties:

  • Sweep and mop floors

  • Empty trash and recyclables

  • Clean equipment (e.g., pallet jack)

• General Duties:

  • Follow health & safety procedures

  • Work with the team to meet warehouse productivity targets

  • Promote a proactive rather than reactive attitude

  • Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse

Qualifications

• Education: Uganda Certificate of Education (O-Level)

• Language: Must be able to communicate in English

Experience & Skills

• Good communication skills (oral & written)

• Ability to read and write

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks

• Experience in a warehouse or cleaning role is an advantage
