Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Reports to: Director Services

Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will act as the strategic liaison between management and staff, optimizing workforce productivity and regulatory compliance while ensuring all human capital initiatives align with FUFA’s institutional objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage appraisal systems, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work culture.
- Align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Implement staff development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment standards.
- Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Reports to: Commercial Director
Summary:
Responsible for converting FUFA’s assets into structured, scalable commercial products and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and package commercial products
- Create pricing models and rate cards
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Align products with market demand
- Track and optimize product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics
- CIM qualification (advantage)
- 5–8 years’ experience
