Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling graphics that align with client needs and brand strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and digital content.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Design & Branding: Create eye-catching designs for logos, marketing materials, websites, and digital content.
✔️ Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and layouts based on branding and client objectives.
✔️ Image & Layout Editing: Use software tools to edit, enhance, and manipulate images and graphics.
✔️ Digital & Print Production: Prepare digital files for printing, web, and social media platforms.
✔️ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and campaign goals.
✔️ Client Engagement: Discuss project requirements and provide visual solutions tailored to client needs.
✔️ Research & Trends: Stay up to date with graphic design trends, industry tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education: Diploma or Degree in Industrial Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
📅 Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
🖥 Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, CAD Software, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
💡 Key Skills: Creative Thinking, Time Management, Problem-Solving, Active Learning, Attention to Detail.
📢 Communication: Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Experience in sales and marketing principles to enhance branding strategies.
✅ Strong knowledge of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
✅ Ability to prepare digital files for high-quality print production.
✅ Experience in negotiation, persuasion, and client communication.
