1. Branch Manager – Kampala
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations and drive sales performance
- Manage cash flow and stock control
- Prepare business plans, reports, and presentations
- Supervise staff and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Sales and marketing experience
- Strong cash and stock management skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
2. Workshop Supervisor / Manager – Automotive
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop operations and technical staff
- Manage spare parts inventory and cash controls
- Prepare technical and operational reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies and performance management systems
- Coordinate staff training and development
- Support organizational culture and workforce planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Humanities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training, staff development, and performance management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
4. Regional Sales Executives
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within assigned territories
- Manage customer relationships and dealer networks
- Achieve sales targets and market expansion goals
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree

5. Heavy Duty Truck Drivers
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain vehicle safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
- UACE level of education
- Valid Class CE Driving License
- Minimum 5 years’ driving experience
- Strong judgment and road safety awareness
6. Cashier
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain daily financial records
- Support financial controls and reconciliation
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business Studies or related field
- Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
7. Service Engineer – Automotive
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and service motorcycles and automotive systems
- Support technical operations and service quality improvement
- Prepare technical reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Automotive Engineering
- Strong analytical, numerical, and technical skills
- Leadership and reporting skills
8. Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements including P&L and balance sheets
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
9. Regional Sales Manager

- Certificate in Automotive Engineering
- Minimum UCE qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a busy motorcycle workshop
12. Direct Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bajaj motorcycles
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused and target driven
- Valid motorcycle riding license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
