1. Project Manager (ICT Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT/software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Provide technical insights when needed to support engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years proven experience in ICT project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience or background as a software engineer (added advantage).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust web and mobile applications.
• Work across front-end and back-end technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Architect, write, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and secure code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering (front-end & back-end).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Solid expertise with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET).
• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
