We are inviting applications for the following positions:
1. Lab Assistant
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the lab technologists in collecting samples, conducting basic tests, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and labeling patient samples

Support laboratory testing procedures
-
Maintain clean and organized lab equipment
-
Follow infection control and lab safety standards
Qualifications:
-
Certificate or Diploma in Laboratory Technology
-
Experience in a clinical lab setting is an added advantage
-
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
2. Enrolled Nurse
The Enrolled Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist in patient assessments, administer medication, and ensure proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support
-
Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient responses

Maintain accurate nursing records
-
Educate patients on health management and medication adherence
Qualifications:
-
Certificate or Diploma in Enrolled Nursing
-
Must be registered and licensed with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC)
-
At least 1 year of practical experience in a health facility preferred
3. Receptionist
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and capable of handling front desk duties professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional manner

Manage appointments and patient records
-
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
-
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
-
Certificate or diploma in secretarial studies, administration, or related field
-
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
