Qualifications: A female graduate in Agriculture/Crop Science, agronomy/related field.
Period: 2 years (Renewable).
Age: 24-29 years.
Knowledge: Crop production, integrated pest and disease control, management, and post-harvest handling.

2. Coffee Shop Barista
The Barista will help in running and promoting the MCU Coffee Brand “MUNICOF” Agronome coffee consumption among the communities in greater Masaka.

Qualifications: A female with a minimum of O-level Certificate.
Period: 2 years.
Age: 22-30 years.
Skills/Qualities: Customer service, coffee knowledge, hospitable & positive attitude.

3. Coffee Factory Manager
The factory manager should have proven experience in coffee processing, quality analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting any breakdowns and inventory management.

Qualifications: Minimum of certificate in mechanical Engineering.
Period: 3 years.
Age: 25 years and above.

Additional Job Description:
The Agricultural Extension Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to farmers, conducting field demonstrations, and training farmers on best practices for Hass Avocado and other horticultural crops. The officer will also monitor crop growth, advise on soil management, and facilitate linkages between farmers and markets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
