Job Summary:
Provides executive support to the Vice Chancellor in executing strategic, academic, administrative, and external engagement duties. The role emphasizes research, proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project management.
Location: Clarke International University, Kampala
Reports to: Vice Chancellor
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and draft grant proposals.
• Mobilize resources and manage donor relations.
• Coordinate VC projects and events.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
• Support brand visibility and public relations efforts.
• Advise the VC on strategic initiatives and track performance.
• Participate in university events and curriculum reviews.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related field with 2+ years’ experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in a similar role.
Experience & Skills:
• Strong experience in research, proposal writing, project management, and branding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks with high professionalism and confidentiality.
