PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
GRADUATE RECRUITMENT EXERCISE (GR evenE)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant posts currently available in Government Ministries and Departments. Applications should be filled ON-LINE not later than 22nd July, 2025.
1. Mandatory requirements for Applicants:
a) Apply ON-LINE
b) Scan and submit on-line recent passport size photograph and relevant documents:
O-level and A-level Certificates, Degree Transcripts and Certificates.
Each attachment must not exceed 1MB in size and only Portable Document Format (PDF) is allowed.
2. Application Process:
a) Visit the website: https://vacancies.psc.go.ug
b) Click and Register as a new user to create your account and complete your profile (starting with your bio data, academic documents, etc.)
c) If you already have an account, simply sign in and update your profile.
d) Click on Jobs, then Advertised Jobs in the menu. Select the Advert to view the job items.
e) Click on the job from the list of advertised jobs.
f) View the job details and click Apply
g) Review your application and submit.
⚠️ Note:
You can only apply for one (1) post clearly indicating the first choice and second choice against the post applied for. Applying for more than two (2) posts will lead to automatic disqualification.
Only online applications on the e-recruitment system will be considered.
3. Emphasis:
Only candidates short-listed for Oral Interviews shall be considered.
Candidates shortlisted for Oral Interviews shall be required to bring along with them original certificates and documents:

National Identification Card
Serving Officers from Government must route their applications through their Responsible Officers.
Compensation of claims related to travel, documents, etc. will not be reimbursed.
The Public Service Commission will carry out verification of documents and any form of falsification will lead to automatic disqualification.
