Job Overview
The Sales Representative – Solar Products will be responsible for driving sales of solar energy solutions, including:
✔ Solar panels
✔ Battery storage
✔ Solar water pumps
✔ Solar consultation & maintenance
✔ Solar lights
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service to promote sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales & Promotion: Actively sell solar products to new and existing customers.
✅ Customer Engagement: Understand clients’ energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
✅ Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities and analyze competitors.
✅ Product Demonstration: Present solar product features and benefits to clients.
✅ After-Sales Service: Offer support, ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase.
✅ Sales Record Management: Keep accurate records of sales interactions and orders.
✅ Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly sales goals.
✅ Collaboration: Work with technical & installation teams for seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
💼 Experience & Skills:
✔ 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in renewable energy/solar industry).
✔ Knowledge of solar products (solar panels, battery storage, water pumps) is an advantage.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Proven ability to build & maintain customer relationships.
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
