Minimum Requirements for Bidders:

- Personnel: Must have suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
- Operational Capacity: Must have the capacity to provide the required services and equipment.
- Financial Capacity: Must demonstrate the financial capacity to undertake the contract.
- Compliance: Must comply with Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda.
- Regulations: Bidders must comply with:
- Regulation 9: Priority of Ugandan goods and services during procurement.
- Regulation 10: Contracts for goods and services to be exclusively provided by Ugandan citizens and companies.
- Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
- Parent Company Restriction: A parent company and its subsidiary cannot bid for the same tender. If they do, both bids will be considered null and void.
