We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team and drive sales growth through exceptional customer engagement. Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Telesales Manager, this role is critical in providing potential customers with expert product advice and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed end-to-end product sales targets while achieving a high conversion rate.
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about Sun Culture’s products using well-structured sales scripts.
- Explain technical product features and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline to maximize sales opportunities.
- Make extensive outbound calls to meet set KPIs for daily call volumes and engagement.
- Adapt sales scripts to address the needs and interests of different customers.
- Develop content for sales presentations and marketing materials as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Conduct customer and market surveys to measure customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a related role.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Strong ability to learn about products and services and explain them effectively to customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Passion for irrigation technology and agricultural innovation.
- Ability to work independently and make proactive decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle pressure, rejection, and maintain professionalism.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
