Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Guard Supervisor to lead and manage our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security guards across multiple client locations.
• Ensure all security protocols, policies, and procedures are followed by staff.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of assigned sites, including access control and patrolling.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for security personnel.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, activities, and staff performance.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of security staff.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle conflict resolution and promote effective communication within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Security Guard or in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations effectively.
• Experience in training and mentoring security personnel.
• A valid security training certificate or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
• Good physical fitness and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be Ugandan or have legal work authorization in Uganda.
