Job Summary

As a Sales Agent at Prudential Assurance Uganda, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients. You will build strong relationships with customers and work to achieve sales targets while enhancing brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to promote various insurance plans.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly explain the benefits and features of Prudential’s insurance products to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions for follow-up and future engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: No experience required, but prior experience in sales is an added advantage.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
