Rosie’s People, an international consultancy specializing in executive leadership, HR, and business operations, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist / Lead Generator to join our expanding global sales team. This remote, part-time role (5 hours per week) offers flexibility, autonomy, and significant earning potential. As a key contributor, you’ll help identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling to identify and engage potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and business owners.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities progressing.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Effectively present Rosie’s People’s services to prospective clients, emphasizing our value proposition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Network: Strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
