Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Videographer/Photographer to join our dynamic team at Pearl suites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for capturing and editing high-quality visual content. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing captivating content that reflects our brand’s image across marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and event coverage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead Visual Content Creation: Serve as the primary videographer and photographer for Pearl suites, responsible for producing all visual content, including promotional videos, advertising campaigns, and digital media.
• Event Coverage: Capture vibrant, brand-aligned moments at events, including both candid shots and occasionally staged scenes, ensuring the energy and atmosphere of Pearl suites is reflected.
• Product Photography: Document products such as food, drinks, the venue, staff, and merchandise to create compelling content for marketing.
• Full-Cycle Content Production: From shooting to editing, manage the entire process of content creation, ensuring high-quality visuals meet brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Visual Storytelling: Curate a strong collection of images and videos that resonate with the brand’s identity and contribute to press and marketing initiatives.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and press teams to manage assets, assist with daily content needs, and contribute to the overall brand strategy.
• Creative Editing: Utilize various multimedia elements (graphics, animations, music) to produce professional-grade content that elevates the brand’s storytelling.
• Content Briefs: Follow clear content briefs and contribute to creating detailed briefs for upcoming shoots. Ensure all permissions are secured for the use of images and videos.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends in video and photography to ensure our content remains fresh and ahead of the curve.
Skills and Personal Characteristics
• Own Equipment: Must possess and maintain your own professional photography and videography equipment.
• Expert Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of photography and videography techniques, with proficiency in industry-standard editing tools like Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Photo Mechanic.
• Creative Passion: A strong passion for both photography and video, with a commitment to maintaining editorial integrity and producing visually stunning content.
• Social Media Savvy: A solid understanding of the evolving nature of social media platforms and how to optimize visual content for digital engagement.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines, especially in high-pressure environments.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams and clients.
