The corporate office and factory is currently sited at Plot 1, Suco Road, New Oko-Oba, Agege, Lagos, Nigeria. Spectra Industries Limited is a member of Nigerian Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI), Institute of Directors and Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN). We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Storekeeper to manage and oversee the storage, inventory, and distribution of products within our FMCG warehouse.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient storage practices, and timely dispatch of goods to support smooth operations across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) stock rotation to minimise waste.
Prepare and dispatch goods according to delivery schedules and sales orders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Label and tag items accurately for easy identification and retrieval.
Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and sales.
Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.

Qualifications & Requirements

OND, HND, BSC or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of FMCG product handling and storage requirements.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols.
