Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Human Resource Officer, you will:
1. Policy Development: Design, implement, and oversee HR policies, strategies, and systems to align with organizational goals.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, manage onboarding processes, and coordinate employee development programs.
3. Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
4. Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and performance appraisal systems.
5. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to build employee skills and enhance workplace productivity.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical practices.
7. HR Systems: Utilize HR software to manage personnel data and produce actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of HR experience in a reputable organization. A Postgraduate Diploma in HR is an added advantage.
• HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office applications.
