We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes or make sound investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.
Property Sales and Marketing:
Market and advertise properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase property features and benefits.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers and close deals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Market Knowledge and Business Development:
Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Attend industry events and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Proven experience in real estate sales is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate technology.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of real estate financing options and the mortgage process.
Remuneration
Salary: N100,000 monthly.
Commission on every closed deal.
