Role Overview
Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales in Uganda? Join Hariss International Limited as a Sales Executive and play a key role in driving success and building strong client relationships while ensuring our products dominate the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market Coverage & Monitoring:
o Open agent stores early and begin fieldwork promptly.
o Visit all sales points, including shops, stockists, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, kiosks, and hospitals.
o Monitor product availability, arrange displays, and check for expiries at all sales points.
2. Sales Performance:
o Ensure sales targets are met, with a minimum achievement rate of 85%.
o Push all company products (soda, water, energy drinks, juice, biscuits) during fieldwork.
o Follow up on orders when stock levels decrease.
3. Brand Visibility & Promotion:
o Arrange product displays, use posters strategically, and replace removed or outdated ones.
o Ensure company fridges are used appropriately without competitor products displayed.
o Maintain markets created during promotions and ensure bonuses are correctly distributed.
4. Customer Relationships & Conduct:
o Build relationships with customers and ensure they know your name.
o Proactively approach customers, explain product benefits, and sell slow-moving items strategically.
o Monitor customer overcharging and territorial respect among agents.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
o Submit daily reports to the data office and weekly reports to the supervisor.
o Notify management about competitor activities, product damages, and radio/TV adverts requiring updates.
o Comply with company policies regarding bribery, confidentiality, and responsible conduct.
6. Property & Resource Management:
o Properly handle company property such as phones and laptops.
o Monitor agent depots for product arrangement and ensure territorial adherence.
7. General Conduct:
o Avoid alcohol during working hours.
o Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
o Refrain from disclosing company information to competitors.
8. Additional Duties:
o Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
Education:
o Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Science Major) or a relevant discipline.
Experience:
o 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar sales role in a busy environment.

Key Requirements
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers and foster relationships.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and deliver results based on instructions and standard practices.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office).
