Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone call, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
Sales Assistant Must have a Valid Drivers License, LASDRI and must be able to drive a Manual Vehicle.
Bike Sales Assistant must have a valid Riders permit and must be conversant with the road network in the stated area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in FMCG.
