Job Title: Sales Agents
Reports To: Branch Executive

Job Purpose
As a Sales Agent, you will drive revenue growth and foster strong client relationships by promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your role includes identifying sales opportunities, meeting targets, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community leaders, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Services
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and sales/credit processes, providing detailed explanations to potential customers.
Sales Drive and Strategy
• Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Collaborate with branch executives, account managers, and other staff to implement initiatives that increase demand for products and services.
Lead Generation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, community outreach, industry events, and direct customer engagement.
• Educate potential clients and the broader community about the company’s offerings.
Sales Presentations
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals.
Market Research
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the assigned area, adapting sales strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research, benchmarks, and observations that enhance sales performance.
Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to branch executives and senior management as required.
Collaboration
• Partner with branch executives, account managers, and other staff to implement strategies for increasing demand.
• Work with the marketing team to design targeted approaches that resonate with potential clients.
• Share insights and specific requirements with the branch executive to address needs that boost sales performance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
