Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement career? Musana Community Development Organization is looking for two dedicated Regional Procurement Officers to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement practices that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Procurement Officer, your duties will include:
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement plans aligned with organizational needs.
• Vendor Coordination: Conduct market analysis to identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Supplier Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality standards and long-term partnerships.
• Inventory Oversight: Ensure proper storage, inventory management, and distribution of procured items.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities and generate detailed reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
1. Academic Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Procurement, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
2. Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
3. Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a purchasing or procurement officer.
