We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Raw Material Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials used in production. 
The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards, supporting efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the receipt and inspection of all incoming raw materials for quality and quantity.
Ensure proper storage conditions based on material requirements (temperature, humidity, segregation, etc.).
Coordinate with quality control teams for sampling and clearance of raw materials before release.
Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and conduct regular physical counts.
Oversee the issuance of raw materials to production departments based on daily production plans.
Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for reorder or potential shortages.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements in the raw material storage area.
Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely supply and usage updates.
Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate return or disposal procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in raw material handling or warehouse supervision, preferably in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage sector.
Strong understanding of material handling procedures, inventory systems, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in using inventory software.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards (based on industry).
Experience in lean warehousing or inventory optimization practices.
