01 HR & Administrative Assistant (1) HR Manager – Assist in job advertising, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire documentation.
– Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
– Collect benefits information and assist with benefits inquiries.
– Organize training sessions and maintain training records for compliance.
– Assist with performance appraisals and track employee progress.
– Oversee office supplies, manage filing systems, and support general administrative tasks.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– 2 years of relevant work experience from a reputable organization.
Adjumani, Uganda
02 Finance & Administrative Assistant (1) Program Coordinator – Maintain accurate financial records, prepare payment vouchers, and manage petty cash.
– Assist in preparing budgets and ensure compliance with financial plans.
– Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and support event organization.
– Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist with audit preparations.
– Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships for program operations.
– Assist in employee leave management and onboarding processes.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
– 2 years of relevant work experience from a reputable organization.
Madi Okollo, Uganda
03 Program Officer (1) Program Coordinator – Represent the SFL program in the community and attend community meetings.
– Implement SFL methodology, including training and supervising Community-Based Facilitators (CBFs).
– Conduct community sensitization and mobilization for program activities.
– Gather and report data on program progress, including savings groups and other indicators.
– Build the capacity of CBFs and community members in SFL methodology and implementations.
– Embody Christian Values and Principles in all aspects of life, both personally and professionally, with a focus on Jesus Christ.
– Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, SWASA, or any related fields
– 2 years of relevant work experience from a reputable organization
– Language: Bari languages and Arabic
– Ability to ride a motorbike with a class A, valid driving license
