| 03 | Program Officer (1) | Program Coordinator | – Represent the SFL program in the community and attend community meetings. – Implement SFL methodology, including training and supervising Community-Based Facilitators (CBFs). – Conduct community sensitization and mobilization for program activities. – Gather and report data on program progress, including savings groups and other indicators. – Build the capacity of CBFs and community members in SFL methodology and implementations. – Embody Christian Values and Principles in all aspects of life, both personally and professionally, with a focus on Jesus Christ. |
