Position: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Location: Rhino Camp and Imvepi Settlement
Duration: 9 months

Purpose of the Role
To ensure the effective implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems and plans, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of project activities in the assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
As an M&E Officer, you will:
• Design and implement M&E frameworks, systems, and tools for the project.
• Conduct monitoring visits to project sites to evaluate progress and quality.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on project outcomes and impacts.
• Ensure project activities align with established goals and objectives.
• Build capacity and provide technical support to project staff and partners in M&E activities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports based on monitoring findings and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to integrate M&E findings into project planning and improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
We’re seeking a data-savvy and detail-oriented professional with:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in M&E or data management, preferably in the development sector.
• Proficiency in M&E software and tools, such as SPSS and Excel.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
