1. Loan officers
Experience: Minimum of 2/3 years in sales & marketing in a financial institution
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

2. Team Leads 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales & marketing in a financial institution
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIM, NIMN,CIBN MCIB) are an advantage.

3. Business Development Managers
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales & marketing in a financial institution
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (MCIB)
