Role Overview
Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Join Hariss International Limited as a Market Impact Team Member and help drive success while building strong client relationships!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
2. Encourage retailers and stockists to sell more Hariss products.
3. Recruit and register more retailers and stockists for Hariss products.
4. Ensure proper merchandising in each market to enhance brand visibility and maintain displays while checking for short expiries.
5. Increase retailer recommendations of Hariss products to customers to grow brand loyalty.
6. Collect and relay complaints to the aligned supervisor or Customer Care team.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Hariss to customers.
8. Perform any other tasks as requested by management.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Education:
o Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
o Marketing certification is an added advantage.
• Experience:
o At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a busy environment.

Key Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
• Knowlede of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Capacity to work independently, following instructions and adhering to prescribed routines and practices.
