The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery and a background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance, adherence to safety standards, and meeting production targets.
Job Description
Operate and monitor production machines as per set guidelines.
Set up machines for daily operations, adjusting settings for speed and functionality.
Perform routine maintenance checks and report any faults or required repairs.
Ensure the production process is running smoothly and efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and company policies during all operations.
Keep accurate records of machine operations and production output.
Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot issues.
Maintain cleanliness and order around the machine workstations.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Alternatively, a Certificate in Plant Operations or related vocational training will be considered.
1–2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Good understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and production safety standards.
Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
