What You’ll Do
Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Educate retailers about Hariss products and promotions, ensuring they understand our value.
• Spot new opportunities by identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Promote Hariss products through cold calls, networking, and in-person visits.
• Build and nurture strong connections with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Product Merchandising & Operations
• Keep Hariss fridges in top-notch condition, complying with Chillers SOPs.
• Turn leads into loyal customers by following up and providing exceptional service.
• Stay ahead of market trends and share insights with the team to outpace competitors.
• Accurately process orders and coordinate timely delivery with internal teams.
Sales Performance and Reporting
• Provide feedback to help refine our sales strategies and product positioning.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales data, and inventory.
• Prepare insightful sales reports for your supervisor.
• Collaborate with teams across marketing and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring
• Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent (Marketing certification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic setting.
