Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ethnographic Researcher. The Ethnographic Researcher will be responsible for conducting fieldwork to gather qualitative data, analyzing and interpreting findings, and compiling comprehensive research reports. Key tasks include identifying and recruiting study participants, using various research methods (including interviews and observations), and presenting findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the Ethnographic Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that all research activities align with ethical standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Fieldwork, Interviews, and Participant Observation
Experience in Data Analysis and Qualitative Research Methods
Ability to compile Research Reports and Present Findings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
Experience in working with diverse populations is a plus
