Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
• Lead and Manage: Oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth school operations and a positive learning environment.
• Inspire Excellence: Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting academic and professional growth.
• Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the Headteacher to enforce school policies, including disciplinary measures, in alignment with Ministry of Education guidelines.
• Resource Management: Prepare and manage school budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Build Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to support the school’s mission.
• Empower Teams: Organize staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (mandatory).
• Registration as a Graduate Teacher with the Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES).
• At least four (4) years of teaching experience, including two (2) years in administration.
