The Creative Executive will be responsible for conceptualising and executing compelling visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
This includes graphic design for print and digital platforms, branding materials, and product packaging, as well as contributing to the design of new product ideas and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create engaging graphic content for social media, websites, print materials, and promotional campaigns
Design branding materials such as logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design strategies and concepts for campaigns
Create mockups and prototypes for digital products, merchandise, and packaging
Translate ideas into visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations
Collaborate with vendors for print production or merchandise development
Take feedback constructively and apply revisions as needed
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields
Design certifications or professional training (advantageous)
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic and product design works
Experience working in a fast-paced, creative team environment
Other Requirements:
Must own or have access to a functional laptop with design tools installed
Must be highly proactive and passionate about creativity and design
Willingness to learn and explore new design methods
Background check or portfolio assessment may be required.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Coreldraw, or similar design platforms
Strong understanding of layout, colour theory, and typography
Ability to develop branding concepts and apply them across different formats
Product design skills: packaging design, mockups, 3D visualization (an advantage)
Video editing and animation knowledge (a plus, but not mandatory)
Excellent creativity and originality
Strong attention to detail
Time management and multitasking skills
