The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 
The role requires strategic planning, market research, and the ability to close deals that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiate and close business deals
Prepare and deliver effective pitches, proposals, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by management
Provide regular reports on progress and forecasting
Identify new market trends and competitor activities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
MBA or professional certifications in sales/marketing (an advantage)

Experience:

3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong track record of achieving targets and growing a business
Experience in client-facing roles and B2B sales is preferred

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings and networking
Must have a proactive and professional attitude
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Background check may be required.
