Your Role at Hariss
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Shape the Brand: Develop and execute marketing strategies, including ATL campaigns, BTL programs, and innovation pipelines, to elevate brand visibility and growth.
• Lead Campaigns: Drive end-to-end campaign execution, from creative ideation and agency coordination to post-launch performance analysis.
• Plan & Budget: Manage the annual brand marketing calendar and optimize the marketing budget (DME) to align with business objectives.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Innovate Together: Work with cross-functional teams on marketing projects, including packaging design, product innovation, and OBPPC solutions.
• Engage Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand growth and innovation initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Budget Management
• Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Ensure effective budget allocation and management for all brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree of science in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field (minimum).
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience should demonstrate a proven ability to drive brand growth, execute successful campaigns, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
